Carolyn is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She and her team are top notch and go above and beyond for her clients. She made the process SO SIMPLE from getting our home ready with multiple small children to going out of her way to make sure we were in the best possible position to show and sell our home. We never once felt overwhelmed by the process because she guided us so well every step of the way. She is truly one of the most genuine people we have the pleasure of knowing. We are thankful for all she did in getting our house sold quickly and efficiently.

Carolyn is a caring and knowledgeable partner who helped me buy a home. Carolyn held my hand through the emotional roller coaster of buying a home in this market and she made me feel like I was her only priority. In addition to holding my hand and listening to all of my requirements for a home, she also lined up everything for me. She made sure the inspection was done on time. She helped pick out new flooring and she went out of her way to allow me into the home to take measurements so that I could have my floor installed my first day of ownership prior to move-in. I didn’t know who to call or how to arrange it all. She knew exactly what needed to happen and by when. Very organized with a ton of great referrals for every aspect of home purchasing. During negotiation, she was able to get a lower price based on her knowledge of the market and of the value of the home. We closed in a two weeks. Which is unheard of, but Carolyn was able to arrange all of the services necessary in order to close as quickly as we did. She knew I needed to move, and I needed a home and she was there to make it happen. I love my home and Carolyn made it happen! I highly recommend Carolyn - she loves what she does and puts her whole heart into helping you!
