Carolyn is a fantastic agent. Our experience with her began in August 2019 and went through mid-July 2020. She is able to balance honest advice about what we needed to do to get our house sold with listening to us about what we wanted, and what we were and were not willing to do. She is great at taking harsh feedback from potential buyers and delivering it in a constructive manner - always suggesting solutions for various criticisms about the property we were selling. We initially listed for about 8 weeks in the fall, and it became clear that we needed to renovate or lower the price. There was no pressure from Carolyn on what we should do. We took the house off the market and renovated in the winter and went back on the Market in late May. Carolyn was masterful in helping us list the house and used several tricks of the trade to ensure that our property was refreshed across the various online real estate platforms. She gave great advice and prepped us for every single step in the nerve-racking selling process. We sold our house for an amount that nearly doubled the return of what we put into the renovation. Carolyn also helped us buy our new house. The experience was just as good as the home sale. She simply looked out for our interests throughout the deal. My husband followed Carolyn on Facebook and keep seeing houses she was putting on the market sell so quickly. He loved it. With our first home purchase, our previous realtor got over on us with a lot of things. I warned Caroyln that my husband was going to be a pain but he knew what and wouldn’t settle for less.
