We love Carolyn! She was so helpful in finding us a home that had everything we wanted even with the crazy housing market recently. The process of buying our first home was easier than what we imagined!

Carolyn worked tirelessly with me and was always available for my questions. She had contacts that aided in getting my house ready quickly for the market. She was results-oriented and I felt like I had received top level concern during the process.

I was selling my childhood home. Carolyn had suggestions on how to get the house ready and who to call for help. We got it cleaned out and an offer in 9 days. She was so helpful and supportive!

Our home buying experience was beyond expectation with Carolyn. She stepped in to assist our agent who was out of town. As we viewed properties, she asked questions to understand what we were looking for in a property and why. For us, we needed a property that anyone with limited mobility could easily access, as well as, other specifications. As we tired homes, she also learned more about our likes. Her professionalism and experience led her to show us a home that was not on our list to see. That is the home that we feel in love with. Due to a highly competitive market, she helped us make the right offer to be selected. She was very prompt in the handling during the home buying process pipeline. We always knew what was happening. Carolyn was beyond an agent, she was a friend. She made us feel like we had known her for years. One of my favorite things about her was her calm, her positivity, and her prompt handling of paperwork. She also went beyond our expectations with help to find the right contractors to do work during and after the home purchase. She was so friendly and relatable. Once my husband and I get our home more as we want, we do plan to invite Carolyn and her husband over to express our appreciation. Chinowith should be proud to have her as an agent on their team!
