Travis Arnold showed us 3 homes in the area and price range that we were interested in. The 3rd house is now our home, and he knew from the beginning that it would be. He was able to tell us ample information about the house, he set time aside to allow us over an hour to fully walk through and ask questions about the house we bought including allowing extra time for my parents to stop by and take a look around with additional questions as well. He submitted the offer same day. We were under contract within 30 hours of viewing the home and he and his team made the paperwork very easy. They explained each detail thoroughly and didn’t try to pressure any of our decisions. The entire process was a breeze and the Arnold team was reassuring during the hurry up and wait process. We can’t say enough good things about the team or how they handled our entire home buying process! We will forever be Arnold fans in this industry! Including Hannah Mills who was the right hand to the entire process!
