Although Weichert is a great company and this particular location is the best, It was God Who gets the Glory here. He was working behind the scenes while we and the Arnold team were doing what we thought was best. There is no way that we could ever have matched up this buyer with us and be exactly what we needed to see taking care of what we loved.
Carolyn worked so hard for me. I've moved many times in my life, she is the best realtor I have ever had. The patience she showed with myself and well, the seller was incredible. I am disabled and she instantly understood that certain things in a home wouldn't work for me and I never had to see one that couldn't work thanks to her. Some how she knew things to ask for that truly benefited me. Towards the end when it felt like things weren't going to get completed/fixed after home inspection she assured me if I wasn't happy I could walk away and we could look some more. I never felt like Carolyn was there for a pay check, I always felt like she was there as a friend, someone whom just wanted to help me. I think if anyone else had taken this on I wouldn't have gotten my new home. I just can't recommend the Arnold team any higher than where the top dog sits!
The Arnold team went above and beyond in helping myself and my husband out. My husband broke his hip and wasn't able to be there for any of the decision making and I was super nervous about the whole process, but after talking to Travis and Hannah I felt much better. They held my hand so to speak through the whole process and were constantly asking how my husband was doing. We would highly recommend them to everyone. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart I can't express my gratitude enough. P.S I love the air fryer.
