Any questions / concerns we had were taken care of. She worked closely with the seller's agent on the condo purchase as well as the condo HOA to resolve any and all issues - she's a "bulldog" - ask her ANY question and she picks up the ball and gets it resolved quickly. Again, her knowledge of both the Summit County AND Denver real estate markets was a huge advantage - she knew what the Denver second homeowners were looking for and how it related to our home sale - she hit the nail on the head with ALL of her recommendations for the sale of our property. Her efficiency and coordination of the simultaneous selling / purchasing of the two properties was excellent - we never had a concern that things weren't moving along as expected.
