About Caroline

Caroline is far from being your average Realtor®. Rather, she is a true cosmopolitan who brings together people, places, and beautiful things. Born and raised in Europe to a family of athletes and show-jumpers, she lived and worked in many different places like Germany, France, Switzerland, Latin America, and the US. That said, it is only natural that she is completely fluent in German, French, Spanish, and of course English. An MBA from the University of Frankfurt/Germany and an Interior Design education is the perfect foundation for a successful real estate career, which Caroline started in Costa Rica in 2004 while building a condo complex. Caroline is a master at the art of negotiation and is passionate about skillfully representing her clients. Though she continually studies to be an extremely knowledgeable professional, her creativity and passion for finding and marketing homes are what sets her apart. Helping people to find their place in the world is incredibly rewarding to her. Design and architecture have always been her passion as well as sports like skiing, tennis and horseback riding. Her son Gregory Zen-Ruffinen who grew up between Latin America, Switzerland and Colorado has joined her team in Vail CO recently.

Caroline was a wonderful choice! She was very strategic about selling our home and had a terrific stager amp up the house for great photographs which led to multiple showings and offers in one weekend. Her negotiation skills are superb--she led us through both the sale of our home and purchase of a new one with skill and tact, and was always available to answer any question and calm nerves. We highly recommend her!
