Caroline was amazing! Our sale transaction was unusual due to the home belonging to our parents and us not living in the area. Caroline handled most of the legwork for us including inspections, removal of remaining furniture and cleanup prior to the close. Saved us a lot of time. Her advice on pricing and negotiation was spot on. The sale went through quickly and smoothly. She even found an old portrait in the house of our parents that had been missed and arranged to have it shipped. Great personal touch. Highly recommend.
