She was pro-active in assisting me in preparing the home for sale and in identifying a landscaping company outside of my area as all companies in my area were booked until 2022. She held many open houses and provided prompt feedback of potential buyers, both their likes and dislikes. She was on top of all matters and promptly responded to my calls and texts and made recommendations of the asking price based upon the current market and homes being sold in my area. She was professional, paying attention to detail. She even assisted in having the local builders address a need in order for the water company to pass the inspection and proceed in installing a water meter.
