Caroline became my agent while I was going through a divorce. She started showing me properties in Silver Spring and had to wait a full year while the proceedings dragged on for another year. While she waited she would send me properties that met my criteria in Bowie and the surrounding neighborhoods. When I was ready to visit properties she started showing them immediately. When I found a house that I liked she was very knowledgeable and pointed out areas that needed attention and improvement. At settlement she was also attentive to my needs and easily engaged with the settlement officer. I can truly appreciate how she was patient with me during the divorce and house hunting process.
