Moving from Vermont to South Carolina

My husband Tim and I decided that we wanted to move to South Carolina from Vermont after our recent retirement. We knew nothing about the area when we first met with Caroline in May 2024. Caroline was wonderful to work with. She was so knowledgeable and patient with us as we looked for the property that fit our unique criteria. She was very easy to communicate with from Vermont and ultimately found us a lot in a new development to build on. She then became our eyes and ears as she went by our house weekly to check on the progress and send us pictures. She was also quick to get answers to any questions we had for the builder . We finally closed on our home in May 2025. We are so thankful that we chose Caroline to work with . She made a usually very stressful process go very smooth!! We would definitely recommend her to anyone moving to the Florence area!!
