About Carolina

With a long-standing commitment to education and community service, I bring a people-first approach to real estate. Since 2008, I have served as an Instructor of Spanish at the University of South Carolina, where I’ve learned that clear communication, trust, and dedication make all the difference—qualities I now bring to helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. I hold a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in Bilingual Education and an M.A. in Hispanic Literature. My passion for serving others extends beyond the classroom. I’ve proudly served as a Sumter County Cultural Commissioner, on the Board of Directors for Tandem Health, and as a community representative during the 2020 Census to support Hispanic outreach. I’ve also volunteered as a tutor for the Somali community in Columbia, SC, and continue to serve in various roles at the University to advocate for student success. As a bilingual REALTOR®, I am dedicated to assisting both English- and Spanish-speaking clients navigate the home-buying process with confidence and care. My goal is to make every client feel supported and informed every step of the way—because for me, community is at the heart of every home.
