In April 2016 we were scouting eastern Tennessee for a retirement home and walked into Weichert without an appointment. Carolanne was assigned to help us in the absence of the agent whose property we wished to see. Carolanne was pleasant and eager to help from our first meeting, and continued to be unselfish with her time and energy. We viewed several properties and decided to return again in August. During both visits Carolanne worked with us and accommodated our needs. On the second visit, after much searching, we chose a home she had shown us in April, and with her assistance we purchased it. Our experience with Carolanne was pleasant, professional and indeed fun!
