Excellent communicator, open and honest!

I contacted Carol this spring after returning to evaluate properties in her market, she helped us 2 years ago with evaluating another area and she remembered our likes/dislikes. Carol is an amazing agent, she sees every obstacle as an opportunity to help her buyer. Her local contractor and market knowledge was a big help when we were determining upgrade costs of the unit we purchased. She met with contractors in our absence, we were long distance buyers so we relied heavily on her knowledge and were never disappointed!
