Carol was extremely knowledgeable and highly responsive. She was accurate and capable of handling all of our transactions. She was able to get our house under contract within hours of listing it and also helped us to purchase land to build our dream home! Carol also helped us get an offer accepted on the purchase of a smaller transition house to reside while our house is being built! And all of this was done in a very competitive real estate market. We didn’t have to leave town and compromise to a lower priced neighborhood!
