Carol recognized that there were several legal items that needed to be updated and took it upon herself to get them done. Carol even went out of her way to make sure that the spiderwebs were swept, there were no snakes swimming in the pool, and have any critters that found their way into the house disposed of properly before showings. She made the selling of a property from long distance a lot smoother than it would have been without her.
