She was able to get our house under contract within hours of listing it and also helped us to purchase land to build our dream home! Carol also helped us get an offer accepted on the purchase of a smaller transition house to reside while our house is being built! And all of this was done in a very competitive real estate market. We didn’t have to leave town and compromise to a lower priced neighborhood!

We were renting a house for 14 yrs and when we first found out about the pandemic we got a call from the owner of the house letting us know he was going to put the house for sale and gave us 60 days to find another place. I knew Carol was a realtor and I spoke to her explaining our situation, that we only had 60 days to find a house, get approved and moved in. From parking space( big parking space since we have 7 teenagers and 5 of them drive and all 5 have a car . So trying to find house with a huge parking space for 8 car was another challenge. But like I said before and I will say it again. she is the best!! ,to all the rooms that we need it for our 7 teenagers and another thing my husband always wanted a big backyard and we got it too.
