She educated us well so when the unusual occurred, we were able to get through it. We got a good price for our home whereas other homes around us were reducing. Felt she helped us with the value so we started off where we could come down if needed to get the amt we wanted. When she went through our home, she gave us her opinion of what we needed to do to get ready. For example, in our front room we had a lot of antiques that weren’t going with us. I was suprised when she said that the room dated the house and we should show it empty or show it as an office. We took her opinion. Glad we did.
