Felt she helped us with the value so we started off where we could come down if needed to get the amt we wanted. When she went through our home, she gave us her opinion of what we needed to do to get ready. For example, in our front room we had a lot of antiques that weren’t going with us. I was suprised when she said that the room dated the house and we should show it empty or show it as an office. We took her opinion. Glad we did.

Carol was the very best realtor for us selling our home. I contacted her when we were considering listing and wanted to know what updates we should do to our home to get the best price. Once we listed, she had amazing photos done and did a lot of extra marketing through social media and her realtor network. We had an accepted offer within three weeks. She gave us good advice on how to counter and get the deal done. She was also very proactive on our appraisal by gathering great comps and information to leave for the appraiser in case there was any question about the value. She answered her phone for us 24/7 and was always available. Her ability to keep us calm during trying times was amazing. We would highly recommend Carol to list and sell your home. Additionally, she helped us purchase a home and was always available to do showings for us. We would definitely use Carol again!
