When I realized I would have to sell my parents home I was heartbroken. My father's attorney recommended Carol and put us in contact. Soon after Carol sent me information with what to expect and the steps to selling a home. She was patient and let me know she was ready when I was. Several weeks later and after meeting Carol at the house, I knew she was my person! I felt I could trust her, and in time her team, to guide me through the process with little, if any, work on my part. Carol and Greg were nothing short of amazing in helping us sell my mother's house in Oakland. She did a detailed walkthrough of the home and made specific recommendations on what to do to maximize the value, but within a reasonable budget. Her network of contractors all did impeccable work on time and on, or even under budget. When the time came to get the house ready to show, Carol and Greg did a masterful job of staging (at no cost to us, I might add, something not always true with other realtors). They arranged and hosted open houses, kept tabs on other realtor's showings and at all times kept us informed of progress. We sold the house and closed with no issues due to Carol's knowledge of the processes and contacts with title companies and other assorted entities. The buying and selling process can be a stressful event. Carol's positivity, calmness and expertise put us at ease immediately. On our initial walk through she pointed out what should be done prior to selling and also provided us contact info for contractors, etc., all the while keeping in touch to make sure all was well. Carol and her team are amazing. You won't find someone who is more knowledgeable, creative, and hard working to please her clients than Carol. She helped us narrow down the location and type of home we wanted, then when offer time came, she was incredibly helpful and creative in how to get a competitive offer.
