Carol Polito did an awesome job finding us our new home as we were downsizing and moving to Georgetown. She was knowledgeable about the market and patient with us as we fine-tuned our search. She was always available and fun to work with. She gave great advice on what size and type of home would fit our needs as empty nesters. My husband and I were looking for an investment property in Austin and are currently Bay Area residents. This was a 100% remote home buying experience.  She was very helpful throughout the home buying process and was insightful about the local neighborhoods and gave us her honest opinions. She took the time and explained all the steps involved, so we know what we will be dealing with, throughout the home buying process. The Austin market was super hot and very competitive, she kept us focused and was flexible with our changing needs.  She was always available for setting up the house visits (as this was during the covid time), and doing a video call with us as we were remote in the Bay Area. She was very honest with her feedback on the properties, hence we had the confidence to buy our next home remotely. For the houses we liked, she was very helpful in pulling up comps and did a research for that property based on the houses sold around the area. This helped us tremendously in our offer pricing. Though most of our interactions with Carol were remote, she was always just a call away to clarify any questions around escrow closing and beyond. She also connected us to our lender who gave us the best rates. Both Carol and her recommended lender were always available outside normal working hours (weekend evenings). She also provided contacts for home inspections and a free concierge service for transitioning our utilities. We liked working with her so much that we decided to continue working with her to find renters for our new place as well. Carol Polito has been great throughout our whole experience from listing our house to helping us purchase our new house.
