Carol is a remarkable person in so many ways. I was tasked with cleaning out and selling my parents home after Moms passing. When I was referred to Carol, she patiently encouraged me to get started so we could sell this fixer. Her encouragement and referrals to inspectors was appreciated. Carol is supremely well suited to her job, as shes intelligent, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and incredibly responsive. Any question I posed was answered quickly and accurately. The level of service provided by Carol is outstanding. I would recommend her all day, every day!
