We selected the Carol Mallen Team for their extensive knowledge of housing in our old neighborhood of Glenside Gardens. Through them, we found outside resources which we used to declutter and prepare our house for staging. They guided us through the process of listing our house for sale, providing us in timely fashion with information about comparable properties for sale in the area and using their expertise to settle on an initial listing price. Although the final closing price was less than initial, the feedback the team gathered from realtors of potential buyers who visited our house informed our strategy in responding to counter offers of the buyer. The final sale price was fair and reasonable and the net proceeds satisfactory for our financial needs. They worked efficiently, following up on any questions we had and made the whole process run smoothly. We would recommend them to anyone who inquired about realtors in the Abington area.

She is highly experienced being in the business for past 40 years and knows the area as well as neighbors and has a strong network of vendors. She is a wealth of information when moving.
