Carol is a life-long Northern Californian and 35-year resident of the Wine Country. Upon emerging from her pottery studio in the Santa Cruz Mountains in the late 70s, Carol broke ground as a woman in the San Francisco wine sales industry, representing quality emerging wineries from California, Europe, and Australia. Full of enthusiasm for food, wine, terroir, travel, and the pursuit of the good life, Carol and her husband looked north. Healdsburg at that time was a sleepy farm town on the edge of discovery. In 1998, as Healdsburg was beginning to sparkle, Carol dove into real estate, joining a Healdsburg based boutique brokerage specializing in vineyard and winery properties. Seven years and a Broker’s license later, Carol became part of the Wine Country Group, a mid-sized brokerage covering Sonoma and Napa Counties. Carol took over management of the Healdsburg office of WCG in 2008, steered the crew through a major merger in 2011, and oversaw consistent success for the agents and office as a whole. After five years as a manager, Carol made the decision to return to full-time client representation. As a Broker Associate with Compass, she offers her clients the most complete professional experience, backed by the top minds in market research, innovative marketing, technological resources and transaction management.
Carol is a member of the National (NAR), California (CAR), and North Bay Association of Realtors (NorBAR). She served on the Board of Directors for NorBAR from 2014 to 2021 and held the office of President in 2020. She holds the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation, which is held by 3% of high producing agents nationwide, and is a member of Top Agent Network (TAN), a selective group of the top producing 10% of agents in the North Bay.
