SMOOTH TRANSACTION

Carol & Nickole are excellent agents. They listed my place in December and had multiple offers on the first day! There knowledge was overwhelming, they explained each offer to me and the pros and cons of each individual offer. With careful review we chose what worked best for my needs. Excellent agents with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

Carol Kwaad went above and beyond! She made a very stressful process not as stressful knowing I was in good hands. She was very responsive and communicated quickly and honestly throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Carol to friends and family.
