I would say that I have high expectations and a definite way of doing things. In the real estate world that can be a problem for many. When (as a buyer) you know what you want to fit your lifestyle, you look at a lot of houses. This process was super stressful. Some realtors can handle this and some cannot. I personally know several professional realtors in my area but I chose to go with a friend who had recently entered the realtor workforce from a totally different career field. We learned a lot together through the whole process. I selected Carol Jones to assist me as a home buyer and I think we saw every house in the zip code I wanted to live and then some. The word patience definitely comes to mind when I think of Carol and recall all the offers, inspections, and deals that fell through. One of the things I appreciate is she was able to see my vision and knew when a house was or wasn’t the right place.
