I would say that I have high expectations and a definite way of doing things. In the real estate world that can be a problem for many. When (as a buyer) you know what you want to fit your lifestyle, you look at a lot of houses. This process was super stressful. Some realtors can handle this and some cannot. I personally know several professional realtors in my area but I chose to go with a friend who had recently entered the realtor workforce from a totally different career field. We learned a lot together through the whole process. I selected Carol Jones to assist me as a home buyer and I think we saw every house in the zip code I wanted to live and then some. The word patience definitely comes to mind when I think of Carol and recall all the offers, inspections, and deals that fell through. One of the things I appreciate is she was able to see my vision and knew when a house was or wasn’t the right place. Even when I finally found the right home, she stuck with me through to the end negotiating everything on the checklist. We are so happy in our new home and I would recommend Carol Jones if you are looking for a real estate professional to assist you in your search or with the sale of your home. She has what it takes to see that you are a satisfied customer.

I've purchased five homes and two commercial buildings over the years and have dealt with some good realtors, but none compare to the level of detail and attention that Carol Jones exhibited. She was always available for any questions or concerns I had. She is trustworthy and dedicated and I would recommend her to any buyer or seller of a home in this area.
