Carol provided outstanding guidance, recommendations and was incredibly resourceful during the entire process of selling my home! I'm so grateful she was my realtor during the sale of my house. Despite unexpected setbacks such as a spontaneous leak in the ceiling during my first showing and a mold issue found upon inspection, she maintained her amazing professionalism and helped calmed down my horrified nerves and she made sure to not frighten off the buyers. After the mold mitigation, the sale went through beautifully and much faster than I ever expected. I strongly recommend using her and her fabulous team for anyone interested in selling their home.
