So glad Carol helped me with purchasing my first home. She was so helpful, always up for anything, and also very flexible and responsive. It was truly a joy to work with Carol. I’m actually going to miss seeing her smiling face regularly.
Carol provided us with the information needed to know what the Comps were for the homes in our area so we would know the best asking price when listing our house. She kept us informed through out the process and was always available when we needed assistance. She always makes you feel that you are her only client.

Carol was always there to take my call and answer all the questions I had. Especially since one of the co-owners lived some distance away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Carol was a delight to work with. Very knowledgeable. Walked us through the paperwork. She kept us updated and was very kind.
Informed us that a property we liked was not currently available, as the previous tenants have not started to move out (although it was listed). We asked the realtor to keep us informed once it is available. The listing was then removed and reposted 3 DAYS later. Upon follow up we were informed that it is already rented. Very disappointing!
