Very attentive and knowledgeable.
Carol managed our property as a rental for many years, and as such, we had full confidence in her ability to sell the property quickly when the time came to do so. Her attention to our questions and concerns relating to the many intricacies of the contract for sale were answered professionally and in a timely manner. Throughout the process, Carol told us what we needed to know, not what she thought we wanted to hear. I might add, this was all happening from out of state as well.
