First of all, make that call!!My girlfriend and I (she better say yes after we’ve done bought a house together lol) met Mick and Carol during an open house in Marietta, GA. The nicest folks you could ever meet and it felt like family talking to them. After a pretty terrible experience with our first realtor, we thought to ourselves “Remember that awesome couple we met at the open house? Let’s call them.” Best decision we've ever made!I’ve moved a bunch growing up and I always remembered realtors not only going above and beyond but them becoming like family to us. To this day, I still speak with realtors my parents used as we moved around. I feel like this will be the same for Mick and Carol. They are awesome listeners and truly go above and beyond for their clients. The dream home we had been searching for was actually tracked down by The Carol Team! It’s amazing not only to find realtors who are attentive but even more so when they go out and find exactly what you’ve been looking for! We are so happy in our new home and it is all thanks to Mick and Carol! They are pros at everything when it comes to buying and selling homes. I felt like I had a team of financial advisors, home inspectors, market pros, and realtors all balled up in the same people. I've known Carol and Mick for the past five years through visiting their various open houses in my subdivision. My wife and I decided during those visits that when we decided to sell our home that these realtors would be who we hired. Their hands-on approach, knowledge of the market, and years of expertise are worth more than their commission. I've bought and sold homes in the past. But I've never hired a realtor that provides the level of service that Carol and Mick offer. From our initial conversation and even AFTER our sale, they were with us every step of the way. Incidentally, the house went on the market, and we were under contract in less than 48 hours. Finally, I am VERY difficult to work for. I hold every contractor that I hire to the highest possible standards. In other words, if a contractor can please me, there's a 99% chance that they'll please you. That being said, if you are buying or selling real estate, I give Carol and her team my highest recommendation.
Carol and Mick worked around the clock for my husband and I. They found us our home in this wild market and on a deadline no less. They taught us what to look out for and guided us through the mortgage process. They held our hand every step of the way.
