First of all, make that call!!My girlfriend and I (she better say yes after we’ve done bought a house together lol) met Mick and Carol during an open house in Marietta, GA. The nicest folks you could ever meet and it felt like family talking to them. After a pretty terrible experience with our first realtor, we thought to ourselves “Remember that awesome couple we met at the open house? Let’s call them.” Best decision we've ever made!I’ve moved a bunch growing up and I always remembered realtors not only going above and beyond but them becoming like family to us. To this day, I still speak with realtors my parents used as we moved around. I feel like this will be the same for Mick and Carol. They are awesome listeners and truly go above and beyond for their clients. The dream home we had been searching for was actually tracked down by The Carol Team! It’s amazing not only to find realtors who are attentive but even more so when they go out and find exactly what you’ve been looking for! We are so happy in our new home and it is all thanks to Mick and Carol! They are pros at everything when it comes to buying and selling homes. I felt like I had a team of financial advisors, home inspectors, market pros, and realtors all balled up in the same people. It made things so easy to understand and made us feel comfortable with making our purchase.
