My father was 89 years old when the family decided it was best for him to sell his house and move closer to one of his children. They sold his house much faster than other houses in his area and at a great price. They brought documents to his house for his signature and talked him through the whole process almost daily, while also keeping the rest of the family up to date via email and phone calls. They dealt with all of the repairs to the house that the buyer requested so that my father was not overwhelmed. They are sincerely the nicest, most helpful, efficient, organized and caring realtors I have ever known.
