Carol is a true real estate virtuoso! She helped us buy our first house in 2015, and then sell that house and buy our "forever" home in the wild market of 2021. She has helped us figure out exactly what we wanted in a house and helped guide us through the buying process. She is a master negotiator - each time she has secured prices for us far that were better than I had ever hoped for, both as a buyer and a seller. Carol has always been helpful when we have had real estate questions over the years and, while we hope to not move again for quite some, we won't consider working with anyone else at this point.

My family worked with Carol to sell the home of our parents after their deaths. She helped us to follow our parents' wishes that the home become the beloved home for a new owner. She helped us navigate the system of selling a home, provided excellent advice on the price according to the area the house was in as well as the changing climate for home sales. She worked tirelessly, and we sold the house even in the depths of winter.
