We could always get hold of Carol - literally day or night which was important because of the time zone difference between Europe and US. Any time we would ask Carol for assistance the answers and follow up would be immediate. When our family had decided on which house to buy, Carol made a thorough analysis on the pricing of houses in the relevant neighborhood. She made us realize, that the price we were willing to pay for the house was actually too high. We ended up with a 15% discount on a already decently priced million dollar home. The money Carol saved us, paid her fee many times. It was a pleasure working with Carol, and she will be our preferred agent, should we ever need one again.
