We signed with Carmen over a weekend. On Monday morning at 9:00 she was calling me, from the house, with painters, cleaners and carpet cleaners there and giving me updates on what they were doing. She suggested removing a cabinet in the laundry to get a larger area. She suggested “staging” the house, which at first I questioned. That was the best idea ever.
