We signed with Carmen over a weekend. On Monday morning at 9:00 she was calling me, from the house, with painters, cleaners and carpet cleaners there and giving me updates on what they were doing. She suggested removing a cabinet in the laundry to get a larger area. She suggested “staging” the house, which at first I questioned. That was the best idea ever. She suggested the beginning price of the house, which was below the appraised price of the house. With her knowledge, we sold the house for much higher than the appraisal price. We live out of state. She kept me informed on everything that was going on, what was completed and our next steps. She was always collected in her train of thought through the whole process. You don’t know how good your realtor is until it could be too late. Carmen was absolutely the right realtor for us.
