I was in the market for a "permanent address" so I wasn't looking for my dream home, just a clean, turn key unit. Carmen sized up my needs immediately and showed me the appropriate units. She also made suggestions that might work for me that I had not thought of. Her knowledge of the community is second to none. She was always willing to pick up the phone and answer my questions and was not pushy. Very patient! Definitely recommended.
