I called and within a month Carmen had found me a lovely home right in the neighborhood I wanted, within my stated budget, and with a great deal! I have made several attempts before in my efforts to purchase a home. Mostly the agents were not able to be on my side of the deal and help me through the process, I would easily withdraw, if they weren’t able to exert the patience it would take with me. With Carmen’s wealth of knowledge and experience, she was able to breeze through and navigate the process comfortably as she would say in her words : “girl, this is not my first rodeo”.
