Carmelle helped us purchase a second home in Scottsdale 11 years ago, after a 2+ year search. Carmelle was unbelievable patient with us as it took us a long time to find what we were looking for. We spend 7 or 8 day days driving North Scottsdale. Carmelle, stuck with us until we found the perfect second home. More recently, Carmelle did an outstanding job selling the same home. Market conditions in late 2023 / early 2024 were challenging yet she was able to close a very difficult contingent transaction at near full price with the most difficult buyer I've encountered in 10+ real estate transactions. Carmelle was persistent and maintained a positive attitude throughout the transaction. I would recommend Carmelle to either a buyer or seller based upon our experience with her on these two transactions.

Carmelle is hands down the best realtor I have the pleasure of working with. She is extremely reliable, knowledgeable and very hard working. I enherited a house from a passing parent that was in very rough condition and not even close to being in selling shape. She was able to give us much needed advice and direction and we ended up selling within two weeks at over our asking price! She even pitch in and pulled some weeds in 100+ degree weather! She is amazing! Words can not express the appreciation and admiration I have for her as person as well as a professional. To say I strongly recommend her as your agent would be underselling it by a mile.

How do I begin? We contacted Carmelle over 4 years ago! We moved from Houston to Scottsdale and started looking a long time ago. She was so patient with us and showed us which areas would be best suited for the lifestyle we wanted to live. She was spot on and we found exactaly what we were looking for. She was an awesome negotiator and we were very pleased with her professionalisnm and knowledge. She is by far the best real estate agent we have ever used. Her communication was perfect and her knowledge of the area was very impressive and helpful. I can not stress how well she represented us and her agency! She is a very dedicated and loyal employee.
