Fantastic Agent

This is our second time using Carmella and she is great! We used her on the purchase of our first home (short sale) and she helped us every step of the way. This was not a traditional purchase but Carmella made it very easy. Since she did such a great job on our first house we decided to use her for our second home purchase (foreclosure). This was an extremely difficult process and again Carmella came through. She helped with everything from financing recommendations to dealing with township employees on logistics of closing open permits. Carmella also sold our first home for us and we accepted an offer within a week. In closing I would highly recommend Carmella for either a purchase or sale of a home!!!!
