CARMELA LAURELLA

We hired Carmella to sell our condo in the North End in Boston while we were away for the winter season. My kids had stayed at the condo so I had no idea what condition it was in. Carmella assured me she would take care of everything, and she did. She sent in her cleaners, electrician (to remove a chandelier I had to take with me), plumber, photographer, etc. We had multiple offers and were under contract within two weeks. We were under agreement and in the Purchase and Sale timeframe when the COVID-19 virus hit and hit hard. We were slated to close on April 30th, 2020. Instead of having to push the closing out further, we closed early! We closed on April 24th thanks to Attorney Gina M. Gagliardi, Esquire - another one of Carmella's contacts. Gina was amazing. I definitely would only hire Carmella if/when we ever decide to purchase in the city.
