Carmela helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent communicator, understands the market and always ready to solve problems.

Carmela helped us select professionals in the trades to correct problems. She successfully negotiated home price and replacement cost for a new roof and some plumbing issues. This was critical to us because we were new to the area and unfamiliar with reliable tradesmen. She helped make our home purchase a pleasure and we would recommend her without question..!!!
