First I would like to say that I was using Carmela both to purchase a stand alone home as well as sell my condominium, both in separate states. This is not an easy task for one Agent to do, but she managed to get it done. In the current market, loans are more expensive then ever which really detracted from potential buyers on the condo. Because of this, it took us roughly 2 months to finally reach a contract, and it was for a lot less than I had originally hoped for. With that said, on the purchasing end I was able to secure a beautiful home for well below market value for the same reasoning, so this can be considered a wash. Carmela was easy to speak with, understood what my needs were, and was always quick to respond to questions or inquiries from me. It was a pleasure to work with her, and I would recommend to a family member or friend who are in the market for a new home in NJ.

How do I even begin to describe how wonderful Carmella and her team were when I had to sell my home? My kids and I went through a very difficult life changing experience.
