Carmel is absolutely amazing - a true pro. She is realistic, nimble, experienced, and negotiates hard for her clients. We first met her when she represented the buyer of an income property we were selling. We were so impressed with how she advocated for her client that we hired her to sell our next single family home for us, which she did during a tricky market downturn.
