Our experience with Carlyn was amazing from the start! Her presence on social media is what led us to initially reach out to her to set up our consultation with her. When we were able to meet with Carlyn in person she helped answer all of the questions we had about being first time home buyers and what the market trends we should know. Even though we’re in the middle of a crazy seller’s market, she made us feel confident that we could find our dream home and still be competitive buyers. There’s a lot to learn when buying your first home, but Carlyn was there every step of the way reassuring us and helping answer all of the questions we could think of. Since the market is so crazy, some of our offers didn’t get accepted, but Carlyn kept encouraging and supporting us to not lose hope. Throughout the entire process we became really great friends. Always laughing with each other and sending little bits of encouragement along the way. It was so refreshing having a realtor who was around our age who understands what it’s like to be in your mid 20’s. We felt like we could always reach out to Carlyn, and she always responded so quickly! We never had to wait days for her to respond to our questions. Carlyn also did a fantastic job making sure we didn’t get taken advantage of by sellers in this crazy market. She was always fighting for us and doing everything she could to help our offers be competitive without sacrificing what was important to us. She truly was the biggest blessing in our home buying journey. We don’t know if we would’ve been able to buy our dream home without her! We can’t say enough great things about Carlyn! Carlyn came prepared to our consultation with a bunch of information to get us started and made sure that we understood the process in full. She was accommodating with our schedules, willing to go above and beyond to show us the home we were interested in, and ultimately helped us purchase our dream home. I don’t think there are enough wonderful words to describe how grateful I am to have had Carlyn as my realtor.
