Even though the amount of new homes being built in my area he still worked with diligence to sell mine. Overall there was great communication and that is so important when selling a home. He is also very professional when working with me and the people that looked at my home. The closing went smoothly as well. He knew how the market was and worked with it. Carlos was very professional and kind. He was on top of the sale the entire step of the way. He knew market values and trends in the Ocala area. He applied pressure when needed to get positive results but not so much pressure as to turn people off from wanting to work with him. He was able to get the house under contract very quickly twice. We recently had Carlos help us with our move from over 2200 miles away. He was very helpful in finding a wonderful house that checked all the boxes and navigating all the inspections and closing. He also had great local advice for us "out of towners". We're loving our new Florida home!

Carlos gave excellent advice on pricing the house, and on selecting from among the offers. He was persistent, having to get this house under contract three different times (which he easily did). The first buyer backed out after inspection, the second buyer backed out and lost their deposit money to us, then finally after a third round we got it sold. Throughout this entire affair, Carlos always had a very upbeat, positive attitude, and was always quick and diligent in getting the things done to make the buyers happy. Ready for the first open house: done! Documentation problems: done! A/C repair: done! Soffit repair: done! Everything that came up, Carlos tended to right away. Additionally, he was always readily available for my questions or concerns, and always cheerful and supportive.
