Carlos did a wonderful job with assisting me in how to stage my apartment, marketing it through various social media, creating a wonderful video walkthrough and "closing" the offer near the end. He eased the process tremendously. Prior to him, I had interviewed several other realtors whom didn't offer the personal service and I felt like a commodity. Working with him has been wonderful and I definitely will use him again.
