When we narrowly missed putting a bid on a home we wanted, Carlos kept in touch with the Listing Agent, when the other deal fell thru, thanks to his efforts we were able to get the home in the neighborhood we wanted.

Carlos is a very knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. But what really stands out about Carlos is his commitment to making the sale happen from the very beginning market analysis to the end at closing. He is very Intuitive and hands-on in understanding exactly what his client needs from him and then delivering on meeting those needs. For example, I am very weak in the area of handling housing mechanical maintenance and repair issues. Recognizing this, he really took ownership for making sure these were addressed, often personally handling them himself. I grew to respect Carlos for his high level of personal commitment and integrity in going the extra mile to make sure issues were addressed. I grew to trust him completely in representing me in real estate matters of importance to me and my family.

Carlos’ communication from the very first consultation to the end at the closing was amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the whole buying process while also being super helpful with all the questions and concerns we had.
