For example, I am very weak in the area of handling housing mechanical maintenance and repair issues. Recognizing this, he really took ownership for making sure these were addressed, often personally handling them himself. I grew to respect Carlos for his high level of personal commitment and integrity in going the extra mile to make sure issues were addressed. I grew to trust him completely in representing me in real estate matters of importance to me and my family.
